Another amazing wedding, I got to the church about thirty minutes before the ceremony, because there was church function going on up until then. Due to the time constraints we shot the formals after the ceremony, we had planned to shoot some “informals” on the golf course at the reception location but it was raining just enough to keep us in doors!
The ceremony took place at St. James Catholic Church in Lake Placid, with the reception following at Placid Lakes Country Club.
I arrived at the reception and got setup to capture the grand entrance of the bridal party and then they went straight into the dances. I actually had plenty time to get something to eat which is rare and I very much appreciate! We had a little bit of cake smearing as you can see below, but nothing like Nicole and Craig’s Wedding! After all the formal stuff was done, the dance floor opened and slowly but surely it packed out thanks to A Premier Entertainment’s Kyle Davis rocking the house!
Two circles formed one around the bride and the other around the groom, after some drinks and dancing a bunch of the wedding guests picked up Ramiro and it looked like they were heading towards the cake and I was thinking Kodak moment, but instead the took him outside and threw him up in the air about a dozen times! As the night winded down I thought the last song was going to be a slow one but right before the end Kyle switched it up with Tootsie Roll!
You can check out Kyle’s Blog post with photos and videos here. Thanks for letting me capture your memories guys! Congrats and Good Luck!

So I have been super busy but updates are coming! I meant to post this last week but I upgraded to Photoshop CS5 and it lost my action for creating the frames around the images, and I had to redo it from scratch! Anyways I had a fun time at Nicole and Craig’s wedding. The ceremony took place at First Baptist in Bowling Green, with the reception following at Camp Wilderness.
When I arrived at the church it was raining so hard that I had to wait for 15 min before I could get out of my car! But it quickly cleared up. We shot the formals before the ceremony which always speeds the whole day up. They had some delicious BBQ at the recpetion and the cake wasn’t too bad either!
It was tough to pick out my favorites, out but ready or not there they are below, what are you waiting for? Go check them out!

This wedding rocked! The ceremony was held at the First United Methodist church in downtown Wauchula, and the reception followed next door at the church’s fellowship hall. The flowers were provided by Jeannie Gilliard. I was able to get all the formals done before the wedding so after the ceremony was over, we took some informals as I like to call them.
When I first met with Kristina back in November she told me that after the ceremony she would like to have some pictures taken at Main Street Heritage Park, then about a week before the ceremony she told me that Jeff wanted to take some pictures by the fighter jet that sits right off Highway 17 as well. I was like genius! I ended up liking them so much I chose to post two of them, I just couldn’t decide!
After that the bridal party made their grand entrance to the reception and everyone got to chow down on some excellent food! I didn’t get to try a piece of the wedding cake, but the groom’s cake is a different story it was delicious! All in all it was another amazing wedding! Congratulations and good luck!
One more thing: I’m building a slideshow of this wedding will post it in the next week or so!

Wow, what an awesome wedding! I have known Kimberly for as long as I can remember. My grandparents and her parents are good friends and we all went to church together. Both the ceremony and reception were held at the Avon Park Community Center, I have shot their before it is a very nice venue! They had a excellent band, but unfortunately I didn’t have a chance to get their name. They used Studios 76 for videography services, this was my first time working with them and it was a pleasure. It was real tough narrowing down my favorites, their were so many good ones! I loved shooting pix with the Cutlass convertible that they left in! In closing let me just say congratulations and good luck!

What an amazing wedding! The ceremony took place in Downtown Wauchula at City Hall. City Hall looks good by itself, but they took it to a whole new level with the decorations they made and setup! Everything was very detailed! The reception followed at the home of the parents of the bride, again they did an awesome job with the decorations! The wedding was orange themed, even some of the bouquets on the tables had oranges in them!
I didn’t think it would get as cold as it did!! Luckily they rented some portable outdoor heaters, and getting a space under one was commodity! I was able to squeeze in a few times and warm up my hands! On the bright side I think the cold encouraged more people to dance, so they could warm up! This was the first wedding I have done where the bride threw her bouquet and it came apart, but I think it worked out ok because everyone got a piece of it!
It was a lot of fun and I got some amazing pictures, I had a tough time deciding which ones to post!
