Just in case you didn’t pick up a copy of the Desoto Hardee Sun on Sunday they had a nice article where they used my photos.  Unfortunately the regular photographer Sharie Derrickson got into a nasty car accident several days before and was unable to make it. (I talked to her Friday night she is making a full recovery and will be at the next game)   C ya at the next game against Desoto on Friday. Go Cats!!!

Well all good things must come to an end, this was the last game of the HJH football season.  I really enjoy shooting Jr. High Football because the afternoon light makes for some great shots as you can see below.  I got some awesome shots for the last game sadly I wasn’t able to stay to the end but we were about 20 points ahead at the end of the 3rd quarter.

The bad news is the Wildcats lost 35-14 on the other had I got some really good pictures. Check out my favorite shots below.  Next week they travel to Ft. Meade to take on the Miners see you there.

Finally got to try out the new lens on some football action!  I took some getting use to but I really love it.  The quality that it puts out is just simply amazing!  Be sure to check back soon for some cheerleading and Football team pix.  As well as a brand new website. I recently shot the Senior High Varsity and JV Football teams group and individual pictures.  However the coaches wanted to take them behind a board that has all the victory’s like state championships etc. well the only problem is half of the goal post was in the left side along with the flag pole, power lines and a pole.

So after about 45 min in Photoshop I was able to fix some minor color issues along with remove all the unwanted junk.  You can see the end result below and directly below that you will find the untouched version.  Feel free to drop me comment and let me know what you think.  Don’t forget to check back for my pics from this Fridays Jamboree.
