So I have been shooting the baby birds every afternoon, there getting so big! I have been very fortunate to have the parents leave me alone so that I can get my shots but today mom landed a few feet from me and made a noise to let me know that she was there and she wanted me out. I was able to fire off a few frames before she flew up into a nearby tree to let me leave.

So I just bought a new slideshow program so I can showcase my pictures better and for the its trail run I figured I would use the pictures from the last two Nasgrass lawnmower races I had shot. I got such good shots from the Nasgrass lawnmower race that I shot two weeks ago that I decided to go back and see if I would have the same luck. Overall I got some excellent keepers although there was not as many racers this time for two reasons, One because the last race was a national points race and two because there are two national points races being held over the next two weeks in Kentucky and North Carolina so everyones getting geared up for that. A Mocking bird recently laid eggs in easy accessible location (not in a tree) behind my house so I took pictures of the eggs bellow when she first laid them and they hatched yesterday. So today I took pictures of them and will be taking picture of them everyday until they fly off in about two weeks (I plan on turning it into a short video clip like the one I made for Jr. Miss), Which I think is amazing I mean look at them do you think that they look like they will be flying off anytime soon?

Over spring break I headed over to Orlando for the afternoon to visit the orange county convention center where Photoshop World 2008 was taking place. I had some obligations that prevented me from going the whole week so I just went for the afternoon to check out the tech expo. I must say I was very impressed I will have to make sure I clear my schedule next year so I can go. There must have been two or three thousand people in attendance. And of course all the big names were there Canon, Nikon, Epson, Mpix etc.
